At PNH, customer service and your experience are paramount to us. We pride ourselves on providing the best staff, the highest qualified guides, 4 A-Stars helicopters from Northstar Trekking, and lots of fun.

Upon arrival your trip is paid for, just like upon arrival our season is paid for to ensure top notch service to you, the guest. We can control almost everything except the weather. Thank you for understanding!

In the event “no fly days” occur due to weather or high avalanche conditions and the 6-hour guarantee is not met, your hobs time will be refunded in part for each unused hour.

The refund policy applies for all situations, no exceptions! Full Credit will be given for full value of deposit on a later booking if cancellation is made (120) one-hundred and twenty days prior to scheduled arrival. No credit / refunds will be given for cancellations after the (120) one-hundred and twenty day mark and your deposit for reservation will be forfeited.
